SHOW GUIDELINES

POLICIES: Every Mall has different policies as far as what can be sold and what can't be sold. If you have any questionable material that you wish to sell but are just not sure.... Please email me..  Example:  (Magazines that contain nudity (Playboy, Penthouse, ETC..) Although they may be collectible there are not going to be allowed.)

BACKUP TABLES: Back tables will be allowed but extending the length of your 8' tables or "encroaching" will be severely frowned upon. While we'll try to accommodate any and all special needs or requests, we have to abide by mall rules and regulations and work around other display and kiosks.

SHOW HOURS: Mall hours are your show hours! I would appreciate everyone to abide by these hours. Special exceptions may occur and this will not be a strict policy... However, this may be a factor in determining a vendors future participation in future shows.

TAXES: You the vendor will be responsible for collecting sales tax and all of the reporting of.  If you do not have a sales tax permit # a temporary one can be obtained through this website. http://www.state.ia.us/tax/contact/collectSpecial.html  Contact me if you have any questions, this really is a simple process.
